Do you want a yoga program designed just for you? Do you have something specific that you want to focus on with regards to yoga? Or, do you want that we together work through yoga positions in peace and quiet, discussing how to use the body in the best of ways in the positions?
With the help of yoga and breathing techniques you can support and improve your sleeping patterns, how you cope with stress, aid your digestion, flexibility and strenght, to name a few things that yoga can do for you.

For groups and/or companies
I offer yoga in different forms to groups and/or companies according to your wishes, either at a place of your choice or, for smaller groups, at Yogamaya yogastudio at Kyrkoesplananden 31 in Vaasa.
Yoga can be a part of a birthday celebration, a hen-party och as a part of a TYKY day, shorter yoga during a working day or as part of a wellness programs for employees, in the workplace.
